Damaged Product Replacement:
However, we understand that damages can occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please send us a photo of the damage on the same day of delivery via email, Instagram, or WhatsApp. Our team will inspect the damage and, if approved, process a replacement.
Replacement Terms:
– Replacement will be processed with 50% of the original order price.
– No refunds will be issued.
